Regular issue 9(4) of the journal «Nature Conservation Research» has been released
This issue of the journal «Nature Conservation Research» contains articles devoted to various taxonomic groups of animals and plants in Europe, Asia, and South America. This issue includes 12 articles. Cyclicity in ontogeny and age determination of Flexopecten glaber (Bivalvia, Pectinidae) was studied in the Black Sea. Population of Gyps indicus was investigated in Mudumalai Tiger Reserve, South India. Optimising Juniperus excelsa (Cupressaceae) germination optimization was proposed in the Prespa area (Western Macedonia, Greece). Wolf-ungulate interactions have been studied in the Kaluzhskie Zaseki State Nature Reserve (Russia). Chrysomelidae fauna was studied in the Shaitan-Tau State Nature Reserve (Russia). The updated list of vascular flora was presented for the Foreste Casentinesi, Monte Falterona, Campigna National Park (Northern Apennines, Italy). Migration routes and key stopovers of Anser fabalis fabalis (Anseriformes) in Europe were discussed. Physiological status of some medium carnivorous mammals in the Russian Far East was studied. Odobenus rosmarus divergens (Odobenidae) groups in the waters adjacent to coastal haulouts were characterised on the Chukchi Peninsula (Russia). Macyella apodemi (Digenea, Pleurogenidae) was found for the first time in Russia. Epipactis persica (Orchidaceae) was found found for the first time in Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and China, while Epidendrum ×doroteae (Orchidaceae) in South America.
